If RG3 has his dreads for his head model, does this mean we will get several other player heads with those dreads too? I understand it's a minor detail to some, but I enjoy doing rosters and last year just made it weird.

That's TJ McDonald (#7). One of the best safties in the game and presumably high AWR rating. I doubt his "Low AWR" rating is the reason for that. What other reason do you have?
