Re: NCAA 13 Player Ratings Video

Clint Moseley's a higher rated QB than Kiehl Frazier for Auburn...booooooooooooooo.

A secondary player (Chris Davis) being in our top five is hilarious.

Last year they left out defensive end Bruce Irvin for WVU. lmao. Those of you who dont know, the year before he led the ncaa in sacks.. and they completely forgot him.

Re: NCAA 13 Player Ratings Video

A) Thanks for posting the video

B) Rutgers roster seems weird. Kaleb Johnson (LT #72) was a freshman AA, but that makes him worthy of a 93, while the Big East Defensive POTY only gets an 88?

I think RE #96 is supposed to be Darius Hamilton, so a 78 overall for him seems fair. Not sure who CB #4 is supposed to be. WR #14 is still too slow. Their rating system of which freshman to sophomore gets a big jump is very haphazard.

Re: NCAA 13 Player Ratings Video

Hah, William Gholston is an 84 OVR and ranked 15th on Michigan State.

According to Todd McShays wayyyy too early mock draft for 2013 he has Gholston going 14th overall. Johnny Adams is ranked an 85 OVR and the 8th best player on MSU and McShay has Adams being drafted 15th overall. http://insider.espn.go.com/nfl/draft...ing-ahead-2013

An MSU offense that lost a ton of NFL talent and only has 5 starters returning is ranked equally with MSU's defense that has 6(!) 1st and 2nd team preseason all-big ten players. http://www.philsteele.com/Blogs/2012/May12/DBMay23.html

Good stuff, EA.

My thoughts went to this with Gholston immediately.UGA has many left out players this year so this may be on purpose, but I guess that is why we have great roster makers on this site.

Re: NCAA 13 Player Ratings Video

I don't think EA can make the rosters too accurate.... There is a lawsuit or two going on.

Re: NCAA 13 Player Ratings Video

For Oregon they gave Bryan Bennett an 88 and Marcus Mariota only a 75. Mariota could very well end up starting, and he looked way better in the spring game. They should both be around 83-84, but roster makers will take care of that. And for Oregon State CB Jordan Poyer is one of the best corners is one of the best in the country, and he is only an 83. He should be around a 90 and be the beavers best player.
