I don't know. I have the same trouble. I'll kick butt for years and never get invited.

Re: Switching conferences

I've played quite a few different Dynasties this year and taken some over 15 years. I have noticed that invites tend to depend on who I play in my out of conference games. I also have to beat them I think. I'm not saying this will assure you an invite but I beleive it helps. I know everytime I have gotten an invite, the conference that invites me has a team that I had beaten that same year in an out of conference game.

I would guess it could have something to do with the records of the existing teams in that conference too. I mean you wouldn't expect a conference to kick a team out if the whole conference is playing good. Though I'm not sure if this EA game is that robust.

I got invited to the Big East with Marshall after finishing undefeated and #2 in the nation. I don't think you can move out of the Big East though, unless you're doing really bad.

Yeah, I think EAs point was to allow good teams in non BCS-conferences get involved. They weren't intending anything the ACC bullsh*t

Re: Switching conferences

Has anyone been able to switch conferences with a created team? I made a team and put myself in the WAC. I have 2 NC and a 30 game winning streak, but I can't get invited to the Pac10.

Re: Switching conferences

i think i have figured out the secret

if you win a nc then the conferences think that you are happy where you are but if you repeatedly finish in the top 25 for 3 straight years yoo will get an invite
in my kent state dynasty i finished #24 then #22 then #19 and i got invited to the big 10

Re: Switching conferences

I currently have a created team that started off as a "1-star" independent based in San Francisco. After 2 encouraging 5-win seasons, I got invited to, and joined, the Mountain West conference. 4 seasons of increasing success later, I went 12-1, winning the MWC and losing the Liberty Bowl. Afterwards, I got invited to join the Pac-10, replacing Cal, and I'm about to start my first season there.
