Re: EA makes promise to South Alabama on NCAA14

Perhaps next year's game USA will be on the cover, and along with it, EA announces all mid major programs will each have authentic updates.

I'm a fan of a traditional powerhouse program, but I always start a dynasty with a cupcake nonBCS team, so I wouldn't mind if they spent some more time on the lesser-knowns.

Doubtful. I do what you do too, start from the bottom. I'd prefer they add a tiny thing to every team than go all out on a school NOBODY cares about. Yeah...people in Bama reeeaaally love their Jaguars. The triangle of powerhouses, Bama, Auburn and USA. USE YOUR TIME WISELY EA. You should be scanning stadiums across the country RIGHT NOW

My question: Why doesn't a company with the resources of EA do those bolded parts for EVERY school in NCAA? They could make a genuinely amazing, authentic game. But instead, they give us a regurgitated iteration of previous versions, with mild cosmetic upgrades and stuff we don't ask for.
I'd go more with Lack of Time. though Lack of Competition certainly doesn't help.

That would be a good marketing ploy every year. However, at that rate, it'd take 50 years to do 50 schools, and who knows by then 1-A could have 200 teams, so they'll always be a step behind.

I think they really need to take advantage of teambuilder by adding create-a-stadium and other features, then giving gamers the option to import teams without having to replace existing ones. I understand it affects the scheduling, but there has to be a solution somewhere to that problem.

If two years is a lack of time we have a serious problem.

To go out to 124 different stadiums, tracking the entrances, and scan them? I imagine that would take a while.
