if I'm on my 10 yard line? id just say f it and let tommy rees run the ball, regardless it isn't going well.

opponents 10 yard line, Shotgun, Normal. WR drag with the TE running a corner over the top of the drag, backside has an in along with a double move post route, hot route the HB to block backside and hope to draw coverage to my drag guy. usually i can hit the TE but will sometimes check down to the slot guy if i see the LB cheat

I assume you mean the opponent's 10 going in for the score...

5 wide (5th WR is a big TE lined up tight) -

2 outside WRs run fades
1 WR runs a slant
1 WR runs a 10 yd out to the front pylon
TE runs a 12 yd curl behind the slant and possibly runs some interference on the defender covering the slant.

If you're sticking with hail mary theme, it's the hail mary play with the three receivers on one side. I hot route the HB on a streak, too, because usually the safety to the left will follow the receiver on the left and the safety on the right will help with the three receivers on the right, so the HB is usually somewhat open downfield. If he's not, if my team is set up right, the LB WR is usually a burner, and can get behind the safety and catch and run. Won more than a few games at the end like this.

If you are just looking for a first down, to help run the clock out, or continue a drive, my play is Verticals. Three WRs to the left with a TE on the right. The TE runs an out, which can SOMETIMES be open, but if the D is in zone (which is usually the only time I even look at the TE) it's a Pick 6. The real money is with the middle WR of the three (who is a streak), and the WR on the outside of the three (near the line). He runs this route that is like a curved deep slant. The safety on that side usually goes with the two streaking WRs. If the LBs are in man, the WR gets the step every time. The only defense that can stop this play is having the MLB in a zone. But even then, I can still lob it over him right to the receiver, or just wait if I can get some protection and the receiver will run out of the MLB's zone and usually be open.
