I don't know if the people who worked on Heisman mode have the same skill set at those who work on Dynasty mode, if so, forget making a new mode, use that time and money to take Coaching Carousel to the next level.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

Since were looking for something better than Heisman mode how about "go to class mode"?
Pick 3 subjects to take tests in, and if you pass you play that week. (check forum for cheat code)
If you don't then you have to watch from the box or the sidelines.

EA just wanted to capitalize off the fad of playing with legends, without actually understanding what we enjoy about playing with legends.

Being able to play a season with a historical team would have been so much fun. Recreating the players, stadiums, uniforms, so it really feels like you are playing a game in a different era.

I can just imagine playing the 1995 Nebraska season, running the option with Tommy Fraizer, playing teams who have jerseys that are above their belly, and trying to match their stats and win the National Title.

But I guess that would have been too much work. Glorified RTG with bullet time and interview footage was much easier to do, even if it doesn't capture the spirit of the new craze of playing with legends in sports games.

all that game mode stuff is to gimicky for me. if it attracts more audience to the series i'm fine with it.

dynasty/OD is my only passion within the NCAA series. they could leave the rest of the stuff out completely, i wouldn't care.

Or they just could have made RTG better. Bring back features from last gen like the dorm room, having to take tests, etc. I loved that stuff.

I will not play any of the heisman mode games, hopefully someone gets some use out of it.
