playing ncaa 12 and a couple of times during recruiting (in and off season) I have received 0 interest (red letters) from a recruit even after making pitches that showed my gaining points.

is this something as simple as me clicking through the screens too quickly? that is the only thing that I could think of. sorry if this has been answered, I searched and couldn't find an answer.

I hate this. This happens to me a lot. Mostly when I offer a scholarship. I'm not sure what the reason for this is though.

This means you have offered them a scholly before, taken it away, and reoffer it. People used to abuse this because a scholly offer is a ton of points so they would take it away and reoffer bvery week.

scholly problem is when you offer to a guy who you were recruiting then dropped from your board then added later...has happened to me as well.

What really sucks is when you get it after adding guys once you get to a new team. I find the computer either offers a bunch of scholarships to people not even on its board, or adds/drops guys from its board all the time, despite interest. Every time I switch schools I will get 2-3 red 0s on scholarship offers, even though I'm in 1st place on the guy's list.

but i am not talking about offering scholly's in this case. i am talking 6 weeks in to hard recruiting a guy...
