Do you have to buy the game, or do you essentially get a 4 day trial with the purchase of a membership?

You get the full game 3 days earlier than everyone else, but once your trial is over you have to purchase the full game. You still get to keep everything you've done with the game though. (All your saves, edits, etc.)
