How long does it take to simulate a season in offline dynasty?

(1) - Are there any varied hairstyles in NCAA '13, such as the Casey Matthews / Brooks Reed mullets or Dreadlock variances like short dreads or pony dreads?

(2) - TeamBuilder '13 is out, so do we know what faces are connected with the dreadlocks or any other unique hairstyles?
(3) - Are TeamBuilder schools better integrated into dynasty mode this year? Can we use coaching contracts with them and meet all goals?
(4) - Have the Custom Playbook bugs been corrected?

Is recruiting broken? was watching a video on GTG and there was a 2 star with his top schools of georgia tech, miami and tennesse, turns out he was a 71 ovr after scouted.

Again 3* ath after scouting over 75 top 3 of usc,washington and stanford.

Not broken. They added busts this year as well as diamond in the rough players. there could be a 2-3* player that ends up with a hugher overall then a 5*. scouting is essential this year.

I meant to put scouting not recruting? Seemed to me like these schools wouldnt be interested in 2 and 3 star players. Or how they happend to find some of the best ones. Maybe i'm just being abit to cynical.
