I'm confused NCAA 13 comes out today?

It's 6pm est for everybody this year because I checked the timer on the Xbox and it said it would be available a 6pm est. I guess because ps3 folks didn't get it till later that night and someone felt EA was being biased towards Microsoft.

Yes but for download for the folks who have EA sports Season Ticket.
