Playing online game with weather!

I thought i would share the trick to getting weather on an online game for those of you who don't know. I believe it works in any NCAA.

1) Go to Play Now.
2) Go to the home team side and select the team that you will be using to play your online match. It doesn't matter who your opponent is.
3) Advance to the screen that lets you choose the weather. Remember, you are in Play Now. Once you select the weather that you want for your online game, back out and play someone online!
4) You must be the home team for this to work and you must be the team you picked in Play Now.

It feels sweet playing online games under the lights!

Works the same as last year. The only problem, at least last year anyhow, is if your opponent backs out then it goes back to default.

I haven't played 13 yet, but in 12 you could go to "Create Custom Match" and set the type to "Ranked." And it would always make you the home team, which helped tremendously.

Does this only work for quick matches? I tried this with a ranked match where I sent an invite from the lobby no success.

I thought that (creating a match) was the only way to be the home team . Seems like nearly every time, at least 9/10 times, in '12 and '13 (thus far) that i do a "play now ranked" online game, i get the road team.
