Visuals and performance on PS3 are both noticeably better. Subtle, but better, yes.

Haven't seen the zone glitch in retail after two games. Weird.

i only had time for one game and it was a 14-7 game on 8min quarters and the game looked and felt a little better...all my early release games were high scoring....it was only 1 game though

Glad we aren't the only ones. Woodsmall and I have noticed the game seems better out of the box than the downloaded season ticket version. Most notably, the CPU doesn't spam the HB screen in the retail version. I've only played one game on the retail version so not sure what else I might noticed being better. Interesting though...
