The Big Ten isn't going to dismiss a team for simply sucking at sports - Minnesota and Indiana are here to stay. Penn State would be the first to leave, as they're culturally different than all the other schools.

I plan to kick Penn State out of the Big Ten and replace them with this teambuildered team to simulate harsh death-penaltylike NCAA sanctions. I gave them Akron's roster and adjusted most of their pitches to simulate a program that would need to be rebuilt.
