According to pastapadre the Rutgers AD or someone within that team has stated that their new uniforms will make it into NCAA Football 13 via update or DLC. He says we should also see Missouri & Arkansas as well. With the other teams like Georgia Tech, Texas A&M, etc to all be available via DLC at some point this season. Gotta say thats great news coming from EA who can't seem to get uniforms right year after year. I would also assume the Pro-Combat unis will go up via DLC as well.
