Gameplay Glitch Unplayable! Please Help Fix?

I think it was clear weather in the one game where it happened to me. It seemed to switch between a a LB and a slot CB, depending on the formation.

Had it happen to me yesterday as well and earlier today too. I'm on Xbox, the first time it occurred in dynasty about half way through the game to my running back and the second time it happened in road to glory to the other teams third receiver.

Loving the game so far despite it freezing on me once and this ridiculous glitch. It happens to look hilarious after the play when the guy is just stuck on the field like a statue but playing wise it's very frustrating that something like this is happening. Hope somebody can find out why this is occurring because I truly have no idea what could have triggered this. Maybe skipping cut scenes? Or entering replay? I have no clue.
