Best Dink and dunk/Nickel and Dime Offense

Looking for a Pro/West Coast style of offense that has a good power run game from a variation of two back sets like I-Form, Strong, Weak, etc that utilizes good play action and bootleg style plays.

Trying to decide for my teambuilder team I'm making at work tonight (night shift...).

Ideas right now are Tennessee, Stanford or Arkansas.

I don't normally spread the field much, but prefer crossing routes, drag routes, option routes, screens, etc.

Ideas?

Like londonhogfan, I'm biased as well so I gotta say Texas is my go-to playbook because I play ball control with a power running game.
