I can't find any face that has the dreads.

Quick answer to get you started.
I don't know all the faces that have dreads but you might need to change the height or weight of the player to get the face that has the dreads.
For example I had a 6' 200lb player with dark skin and only had 12 face combos, when I changed his weight to 216 there were many more combos and dark 24 had dreads.
