How do you contact EA sports about defective online passcode?

Surprise Surprise. EAs website and customer service is almost as crappy and defective as the products they make.

My Online Pass for NCAA13 isn't working. When I go to EA support, there is no way to pull up a number or email to contact anyone.

Does anyone know how to contact this worthless organization?

I paid $60.00 for a video game to play online, and I can't get online.

Can anyone help me before I kill somebody?

Im guessing my code has already been used by a hacker or autocode generator.

Is there a 1-800 number or something?
