I am in my 4th season and have not had any problems so far. And if you haven't tried it yet the new recruiting is awesome.

the game is extremely unstable, i have TONS of crashes in dynasty menus, but not in game

mostly trying to go into the recruit menu, although just now i had it trying to create a recruit

this was after i was looking at the coach menus which are really funky

It freezes sometimes, I have no idea why... in game and on the menus sometimes I think.

It seems like the problems are very hit or miss. Some people are having a lot of freezes and other issues and some people haven't had any problems. I would say start one and hope for the best.
