Trouble downloading OnlineDynasty CSV File NCAA13

Has anyone tried downloading specifically the Roster file csv from an onlinedynasty for NCAA13? I am having trouble with it giving me the file to save. Three of my other friends have tried too and we get to 80% and it stalls or it finishes but never brings up a save as dialog box. Just curious if anyone else has had any luck. Thanks!

With more searching online, it sounds like this is a problem that EA is aware of and hopefully fixing it but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Update: Tried again today and same problem. I'll try later this week and see if anything changes.
