Tweak sliders, change difficulty, or keep playing as is?

It has only been a week since my copy of NCAA Football 13 arrived in the old Brown Truck. I've been playing 5 min qtrs, AA difficulty with minimal slider tweaks. Should I hang in there, keep playing at my current set? Should I continue to tweak the sliders and try other OS slider sets? Should I drop down to Varsity with default slider?

The lack of career stats, as were once included in the older Shrines of previous years for NCAA Football made it a lot easier to tweak specific sliders. You could look at completion percentage, yards per carry, interceptions, special teams numbers, etc, and have a far easier time customizing the game. What's your opinion on all this?
