HUGE Kudos to EA for the revamped Scouting/Recruiting additions!

I am over the moon after seeing the new scouting/recruiting functions in OD/Dynasty mode.

Showing you the potential talent level of your squad 3 years in the future, number of draft picks selected, laying out EXACTLY how each recruiting pitch works and is adjusted.....so freaking cool.

The scouting is addicting as hell. There are some truly big jumps, both up and down, in regards to recruit ratings, making busts and gems very visible.

We just started our OD so I hadn't seen these features in action yet, but man...KUDOS to you EA Sports. That is a very impressive and meaningful upgrade to the dynasty experience.

Well Done!!!

I agree, decided to buy this years game a day ago and impressed. Game is much better then I thought and a whole lot better then last year. My only complaint about the recruiting is and it's really more of a question then anything... Is anybody else seeing an abundance of white runningbacks, wideouts, and DB's? I understand a couple being thrown in their I guess, but it's gotten a little crazy looking through the recruiting lists.

I havent seen an abundance of white RB's, DB, etc. If i feel that a player should be a certain skin color i just simply change him anyway. No need to complain about that since i can just change it to my liking.

My favorite part of the new recruiting is the fact that ATH are actually valuable this year. A top ATH can really help you turn around a bad program.

That has help tremendously. I literally never recruited them the past two years because they were useless.

I don't know when to scout and who. Should I only scout lower rated players to see if they are going to be gems? Scout a position that I have a number of players on my board?

I scout every player. In the off season you get 20 hours. I pick 20 players use an hour each then in the season you get 3 hrs a week, you have to allocate.

But to the OP I love it too. Makes this game so much more fun
