We've noticed a lot of this as well.

Haha. My roommate broke a controller last year playing me because of an out of bounds catch call on 4th down.

But generally yes. So many calls go the computer's way when they obviously are off. A couple days ago Virginia went super comeback CPU on me while playing my Maryland dynasty. Fourth down and goal, WR catches it in the back of the end zone. One foot clearly out, but yet, touchdown for Virginia. I lose the rivalry game. Not a happy camper.

Re: Officiating

Surprisingly, no. A couple frustrating "roughing the passer" penalties, but nothing that bad so far.

Fifa on the other hand, I have a heart attack almost every game due to bad calls. I've broken two controllers on FIFA 12...

Yea I can't count how many times the cpu caught the ball out of bounds and still got the call

Not to mention they make plenty of sideline catches. Especially when they are trying to make a comeback drive at the end of the game. It's dam near impossible to make a user catch near the sideline.

I was more impressed I was called for illegal touching when my WR ran way out of bounds and came back in and made the catch.

Re: Officiating

I've noticed that as well. It might be stretching it, but I kinda would rather have them go back to the old days of right calls, and no option to challenge (if that's even the issue, it just seemed to me that once challenges were brought in, they started to get calls a bit mixed up).

Re: Officiating

Yeah, for the past few years I've noticed out of bounds catches being called as a catch.

I also notice that every review that the CPU generates, is good for the CPU, bad for the user. You'd think they'd have a better way to fix this by now.

I also want to see more pass interference calls and pushing and shoving that leads to penalties. Things that really happen, but just don't seem to happen on the game.

Why not in a rivalry have it where if two hot heads square off, it can end with some pushing and shoving, leading to laundry on the field?!
