Restart w new rosters for recruiting? (nor your typical reasoning)

I started a dynasty with rosters before the OS ones for PS3.

I noticed the OS ones have more players, especially freshman, who I've read were adjusted to nicely match the game generated freshman each year.

My question is whether or not restarting with these deeper rosters will make for more of a challenge recruiting?

I'll have more depth, thus less opportunities for playing time...and things of that sort which should make recruiting more challenging (which I like...too easy even on Heisman).

Of course, I guess so will the AI teams?

Curious to hear some thoughts as I'm only 4 or 5 games in.
