Uh i remember a while back in madden there where tattoos and i wonder y they aren't anymore because in college football now everybody has tats it adds to the uniqueness of a player.
I know the NFL won' allow it but i don't recall the NCAA doing the same.
Here are examples of players with tats.

Brock Osweiler Arizona St.

Kenny Stills Oklahoma

Manti Teo ND

Jesse Williams Bama

AJ McCarron Bama

They aren't in the game due to likeness.

If #4 WR for Okla, is born in Cali, thats one thing. But if you give him the tattoos thats a whole different story.

I could see us being about to give guys tattoos perhaps, but every tattoo in every sports game ever, has looked awful. Besides NBA 2K were the put the players real tats in.

I'd rather be able to create/choose my own face and hair again than have tattoos available personally. Instead of just preset faces.
