Downloading to hard drive on PS3

Ok, this may be a little stupid, but every other game ive played instantly when you put in the disk it automatically installs to your hard drive.. are things different this year or am i missing something?

I don't think I've ever installed NCAA football to my hard drive. Probably a good thing too, because it would probably freeze my whole system. (Sorry, I had to...just too easy)

hahah i never thought about that.. just heard that it speeds up loading times and the loading times in this game craaaaaaaaaaaaawl. took off autosave though, that saves a lot of time..

Yeah, that's one of the first things I do, is turn off auto-save. I'll save when I want to thank you very much! lol
