Yeah like most said I say put them in the big WEast. Since SMU, Boise State, San Diego State, and Houston are joining it, I don't see a problem with being 'too far west' there is no too far west for the Big WEast right now.

Make MTSU an independent. Put together a schedule against opponents from all conferences across the country. Run the table and get into the National Championship game. Would that be enough of a challenge?
