Game freezes. What do you do?

It's week two of my Dynasty w/UW. I'm playing 2nd rank LSU and I'm giving it to them 27-10 at the half using Jarodd's Heisman sliders black edition. At the half, my game freezes and I'm screwed! My stats are gone, the momentum is gone and above all, I really don't like playing a game twice. My assumption for my "rematch" will be me getting every bad break in the game, fumbles, INT's, balls caught out of bounds by CPU but count and to top it off Keith Price gets injured and I lose 56-9.

My question to you guys is "When the game freezes and you had the game in hand, what do you do?" Run it back and if you lose, you lose? Simulate until you win? Run it back until you win?

Play it over and whatever happens, happens. Sports are full of bad breaks. Just something you have to live with.

Have to move on and pick up where you left off. Just be sure you're saving your game often.

I replay the game. Had to do it once so far. Mine froze at halftime, just like yours. I had a few freezes from menus, and at the launch of games, but nothing too upsetting, but the halftime freeze was a real drag.

I haven't had freezes this concerning in many, many years. Worse yet, the frequency of my freezes have increased. I have just finished my first season.

I really haven't been keeping up with the "freeze" problem threads, but I really hope this issue can be addressed and fixed with a patch, because it is significant. :-(
