Road to Glory CPU

The Offense CPU in RTG is so imbalanced. Nearly all of the plays the CPU calls are passing plays. It's really irritating.

Re: Road to Glory CPU

Are you playing defense? EA is trying to make it so you can get better stats. Last year, if you were DB, you had the problem of the CPU never throwing in your area so your stats would be horrible. If you were D-Line, teams always ran away from you, etc. EA is trying to fix that.

No, I'm QB. I just find it very unrealistic that the CPU throws the ball on every single down.

Oh that. I guess EA made it so that both teams tend to throw a lot. I wonder if you were to play HB if both teams would run the ball almost all the time.

That's what I heard. Apparently if you're an RB you run it 40-50 times a game.

Okay, that sounds like it might be a programming problem. EA/Tiburon meant to have your team emphasize your position (QB/WR heavy passing, RB heavy running) and instead made both teams in the game play that way instead of just yours. Wonder if thy had to do it that way because they couldn't program it otherwise.
