Coaching Carousel: Can somebody help me out?

In the coaching carousel, I recieved an extension to my expired contract but I decided to explore the other options. I would rather stay at my previous school with the extension. How do I sign that extension now? It is not showing up in the coaching carosuel menu, and when hit R1 for My Contract it doesn't bring up the extension.

I may be missing something, but I'm not advancing until I figure this out.

Every time you get offered a job there should be an option that says view extension offer from School, then you just click it and you can look at the contract

Alternatively, back out and re-load (if you've saved since being offered the extension) a save that takes place during the Carousel. You'll be prompted to look over the offer or continue to look at other opportunities in the Carousel.
