I could have sworn there was an option to take a single-player Dynasty online. I've searched the forums high and low, and I can't for the life of me figure out how to do it.

Am I high or something? Is this possible?

I read this wrong the first time sorry. I would think you would be able to.

I'm pretty sure that last year you could set up a online dynasty, make it private and then play by yourself but I haven't tried it this year.

I don't think you're understanding the question...

I'm asking if you can take a single player, OFFLINE Dynasty...one you have saved locally on your PS3, and then convert it into an ONLINE Dynasty. I know that in '09 or '10 this was an option, because back then every time an online dynasty became corrupt on the commissioners PS3, one of the other people in the dynasty had to take the last known good file, convert it to an offline dynasty, and then re-create the online dynasty from that offline dynasty file.

Does anyone have a definitive answer on this one?

yeah go to settings>file management>"name of offline dynasty">click it>make online dynasty from save

This isn't an option. When you go to File Management from the Setting menu, you have no way of viewing an offline Dynasty file...only online Dynasties. Which, of course, makes zero sense on a logical scale.

i think at one point they took that option out, people were cheesing with it or something.
