whats the best way to schedual teams as Independant

should i front load it or go in reverse and try to get the pre-season top teams later in the year

i normally go in descending order by rank, figuring as i beat them, they will drop but the team ranked lower will move up that week so as i beat them it looks better on my resume, but does the game have the "late season is more important" bias when it comes to voting like IRL? or even more, does it go by their rank when you played them or how their season ended, cause then i would schedule them later and just hope they dont have bad seasons

Considering how many upsets are in the game this year, I'd just set your schedule however you want and hope for the best.
