I use to turn it off... Now I like it... But essentially it doesn't all that matter...

I keep it on.

While on the topic of sound, at random points does anyone hear a sound of like a sword being taken out of a sheath? I could be going crazy but I'm pretty sure I hear it.

Re: Do you mute the Broadcasters?

I would but some of the crowd noises are more irritating IMO.

Re: Do you mute the Broadcasters?

I mute my TV personally. I'd rather sit in silence than listen to the same thing over and over again. Likewise, I mash A to get through the cut scenes and the studio updates. I know some people love both of these, but truthfully I just don't care. I just want to play the game. If EA would give us the option to turn those things off I would be much appreciative.

Nope, I usually go a week or two with commentary on to see if anything funny or new comes up and then it goes right to 0 and crowd, PA and game noises go all the way up. The commentary is beyond god awful, has been for years, I can't stand listening to it.

Hahaha. Do you skip the in game updates by Rece Davis? Because the sound you're hearing is the sound that the game makes when those updates pop up. I thought the same thing the first time I played, because I happened to be playing as the Virginia Cavaliers so I thought maybe it was a Virginia thing, you know cavaliers and swords go hand in hand etc etc. But yeah. It's the studio updates. They cue a metallic sound similar to that of swords. But it's ESPN's thing.

On topic, no I don't mute them. But I tend to listen to music whilst playing.
