Scheduling System Broken

Scheduling system is broken. I play as Ohio State and switched my conference around prior to the start of my dynasty. In doing this caused one team in the conference to only have 11 games. I tried different variations and came up with the same result.

I then kept my conference the way it was, but changed my schedule around prior to the start of my dynasty. This created the same problem, one team was only scheduled 11 games.

I then started a dynasty without altering the conference or my schedule and every team had 12 games scheduled.

Conclusion: If you alter the conference or your schedule, one team will end up with 11 games. At least that is what happened with me in the Big Ten Conference.

Anyone else notice this? And does it happen in subsequent seasons?

I have more of an issue with habing 6 home games in a row.

Yeah, some teams just end up with 11 games. I made some 16-team superconferences. I'm in the SEC, and Georgia ended the year with 7 straight home games.

I start my conference schedule with 4 straight road games, which is BS. It's broken, they don't test anything, and it's a joke.

If you switch conferences, you need to press RB while you're in the preseason schedule menu and it'll rearrange your schedule for the conference (and everyone else). Should give everyone the correct # of games.

Whenever I do the regenerate, I always end up with 11 games for my team. I'm using "use known games" so I wonder if that's creating issues?

I wonder if you'd get better results NOT using the known games feature? When I do this I get 12 games.

Yeah, I used the no known teams and regenerated my schedule until I got some non-conference games that I liked and it worked. I didn't test the known teams though.
