I'm looking for a lot of Option Go route plays and Jet Sweep plays? Who has a good playbook similar to this? Looking something along the lines with Florida's Tebow plays.

You would have to create one. I also want a book based mostly off of jet motions but there aren't enough pass plays in the game aside from the PA Jet Sweep.

I would suggest Mississippi State's playbook. Mullen (Tebow's former Off Coord) is the head coach at MSU and the playbook has quite a few different options for what you're looking for.
