I also tried Pasta's , but I DownLoaded it last night and tried it. I tried them all while going back clearing my cache and erasing all the rosters first. Which is what EA has suggested but no dice.

OP here. Same thing, I can start one w un-named rosters but any custom rosters is a no go. I've tried OS community rosters hundreds of times, Pastapadre's, as well as Fairdale's with the exact same result. Long pause at 33%, then it trickles up to 66%(which is the point where the unnamed rosters will continue on to the next phase) and then it will slowly get anywhere between 72%-86% before it says Online Dynasty unavailable retry now or try again later...

I feel like I've done everything short of buying a new game over the past two weeks, I always try to keep a level head when it comes to issues like this but this is absolutely deplorable.

Yeah, I had no problems starting one before but now I can't do anything. I hate to be EA basher guy but this is inexplicable and absolutely atrocious

I just tried it again, I forgot to make my league private last time. And it worked this time, make your league private and this should be it.
