Why does NCAA still have no clock acc. feature

Its called having options. Madden has had it in their game for years as an OPTION. Some people like having that OPTION...and no it doesn't take 2 hrs to play a game with 15 min qtrs using accelerated clock. It takes the same amount of time it would take to play a 9-10 minute game using regular clock.
