Is there a way to add a player to an online dynasty after the preseason has been advanced?

yes, players can join at anytime

If you indeed mean players and not users then, no you can't add recruits in an OD.

Yeah - meant users not players.

Sounds like they a user (real person) can sign up at any point in the season?
