I think it's just that the vast majority of us wouldn't consider winning 4 of 6 games against a team as "struggling."

I think alot of the sim players on the board would want to lose games against teams like STanford. Its fun when a game is a struggle and you have to grind to get the victory or even come up short. But to each his own.

I can't tell if you quoted my post because you were agreeing with me or because you were presenting an opposing opinion to the point you thought I was making. Just in case it wasn't obvious, we were both making the same point.

I was agreeing with you. I wouldn't play a game where I was blowing everyone out, and certainly wouldn't take issue if heaven forbid, I had a team beat me twice over a 6 year stretch.

I haven't seen it in 13, but the @ Stanford games were always the hardest ones for me in NCAA 11 & 12 (maybe because I always played cover-2 D?). As an odd aside, in the 1st or 2nd season with NCAA 13, Cal faked almost every punt. I haven't seen that since - but strange.

Re: Stopping Stanford

Yeah, I know exactly how this feels. I play with UNC and playing against Duke is ridiculous! I play on Heisman and my team will have an A+ rating across the board. Duke will be rated C- and take me down to the wire every single game. They (EA) seem to make all rivalry games hard, but some harder than others. Even though Virginia Tech is technically not a UNC rival....those games are always much like the Duke games.
