Coach Prestige

I am in year 10 and have won 3 national titles with Cal. It says I have an A+ prestige in the menu, but when I go to carousel it says I'm a d+. I want to go to my alma mater Nebraska but I a, not being considered for anything more than a lowly OC job. Anyone else have this issue?

Everyone is listed as D+ in the carousel in my dynasty (in the top 3 candidates list), but then once they are hired it shows what I had assumed was the correct prestige. I do not know if this is causing any issues in the hiring logic, though.

I just know I'm not even a candidate for the bigger jobs. I have ten years experience and people are hiring Houston DCs for their big programs over me. I'm starting to get terribly frustrated.

Another thing, whenever my contract is up, my cal team is listed first, and If I wanted to explore my options I would have to turn Cal down and they would hire someone else. Absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. They need to have in season negotiations or something like in real life.

What I usually do is save right before I end the season. I turn down my extension or renewal and go through the contract offers just to see what's there. After the coaching offers are through, I'll reload from that save point and take whichever job I liked best that was offered to me. The same offers are available every time you go back and do it.
