I miss the new recruits in the off-season, but that's all I miss. I hated drills, I hated the Spring Game and I hated the discipline/training/recruiting point system where you took from one to give to another. Also, I like being asked about custom conferences every year because I like to change my conference every year. Kicking out the bad teams and adding in more solid teams to make it more of a challenge.
The off-season/pre-season is basically one of the only things I still like about the NCAA series. The game freezes during the games so much I almost don't even want to play them anymore.
Recruiting is perfectly fine right now. I'd actually say it's the best recruiting they've ever had in the NCAA series. I don't want them to mess with it anymore and screw it up to insert a more "dynamic signing day" which they'd inevitably mess up and something like no 5-stars would sign with a school they had #1 overall the entire season.
