Hey jeagles5, I stumbled upon this forum [http://www.xpgamesaves.com/forum/435...itle-updates/] for offline users. They often share title updates for offline users like us. Tried to request NCAA 13 title updates, but to no avail yet. Maybe the more people request the same title updates, the better chances they would put one up so you should check it out.
