Holding Penalties--Broken?

I just noticed in a couple of games I played last night that Holding penalties on the USER moved the team back 10 yards, but Holding penalties on the CPU only penalize them 5 yards! Is this new, or have I just been oblivious to it?

And, what gives with this, EA?

Are you sure it just isn't from the spot of the foul. I see 1st and 17 all the time.

I believe holding is a spot foul (as in 10 yards from where it occurred) unless it happens behind the line of scrimmage. In that case, it's from the previous spot.

LOL sounds like the Ncaa team is trying to take some penalties over from the Madden series haha..


Is case you didn't know there are 5 and 10 yard holding penalties in the NFL but not in the NCAA. Not being a smartass just alot of people don't know that.
