How do you play your dynasty

I started my dynasty with a average to below average ASU(however some of you decide to rate them) and plan to rebuild them. I'm thinking about eventually taking the reins of a SEC team. My question is, do you guys typically stay with your original team or do you move you way up to a bigger school?

What's some low end schools you guys have turned into power houses in the past?

I've been doing this TAMU dynasty, its been 8 years with them, I have been disappointing but one year I'll get good. BTW I'm Peyton Manning.

Well I do alot of dynasties before it said and done many different ways but the two long ones I do are my first one and after lots of tinkering my final one with roster edits and so forth..

My first dynasty I did when I got the game I started as OC for UMASS and after two not great seasons I left and became OC for Rutgers. Spent one season there before getting the HC offer for Kansas so I went there. Spent four years there building them up, good first season 8 wins and bowl loss. Bad second year just 3 wins, average third season 6 wins but no bowl. Finally a 9 win season(when my recruits finally started coming up) my fourth year loss in bowl though. After that I left for my dream job of USC, first year Kiffin had left me a mess and it didn't go well never even ranked. Meanwhile I had to watch the Kansas team I left play and lose for the NC. Felt good about that even though I wasn't their coach anymore.

Then I start my second one with my other favorite team the UGA bulldogs after I decide on my roster edits/coaching edits/slider edits lol. And I never leave the school on this dynasty.

Oh yeah turned Kansas into a 5 star school after the year they had after I left
