I cannot get my Teambuilder OD to start. Disconnected every time in the 70% range saying servers are down retry again. Anyone else have this problem or am i doing some thing wrong?

It's possible that your dynasty was corrupted. It's happened half a dozen times to me - have to copy my dynasty file to a USB stick as a backup each week (and then periodically off to my computer) so I can recreate the dynasty...

Hope the servers really were down for you.
