I usually don't bother to keep people into block. Spread em out with four wides and run slants with all of them. The people that do this usually run commit will do it regardless of formation. Pick a WR that is uncovered at the line and lob it to him almost immediately. You usually have enough time to get the quick pass off and then you are behind the defense and have a chance for a huge RAC. If they are even halfway smart they will stop doing it and they probably don't know what else to do. If they aren't even halfway smart, it's an easy win.

it all depends on your ability to adjust to what users are doing. In my opinion its all about preference when it comes to choosing 425,335,4-3,3-4. Pretty much run with the one that yo feel the most comfortable with
