When starting a new online dynasty and you are adding TB schools, are you able to just add the TB schools where ever you want or do you need to replace existing schools? Also, when the 2nd year comes along (2013 season) will I be able to move all the teams around for the correct conference re-alignments that will be happening?

1. You have to replace an existing school in order to add a TB team.

2. Yes, after the first offseason you can realign the conferences to the current state (somewhat). I believe the minimum is still 4 teams per conference so you won't be able to eliminate the WAC like in real life.
