Getting those 5* recruits - Heisman difficulty

I have no trouble recruiting, because I'm using Ohio State in my 4th season, most of our categories are A's. But what I want to figure out is how to land those 5* recruits. I can only manage around 1-3 a season, but usually land 20 4* recruits. It's hard recruiting against Notre Dame, Alabama, and Oregon, but I usually have the top class every year. Any special techniques for getting those 5* recruits?

And you shouldn't be landing too many 5* guys. A few is realistic.

Ohio has no 5* this year.

Plus their is so many 5 stars available. Like he said OH St has 0 five stars and have a top 3 recruiting class
