Dynasty Team Grade(Generic Editor)

i have been using the generic editor for awhile now and i have gotten the hang of it pretty good. i have made my final rosters and went into dynasty.
well now i have a problem.
I know whenever i look at the rosters in the main menu and then go into play now it messes up the team grades when you play.
well in dynasty it is doing the same but it is messing up sim games.
I did not know team grades affect simmed games.
because week in ad week out i am seeing tons of 62-38 50 -48 45-47 every single week.
so does anyone know away to stop the team grades from going down once i get into dynasty
