I have a lot of players across my front 7 depth wise and I'd like to get them all involved. What would be suitable auto subs settings to accomplish this? I went really high, 94/95 I think and it seemed a little OTT but I'm not used to using auto subs so I don't know how it affects the game and how to manage fatigue and things like that. Any suggestions?

With those settings you'll have it so that your starters never return for the end of games.

I'd use formation subs (especially if you have good coverage backup LBs) and package subs (which is perfect for the D-line). With package subs and the flick of the stick you can sub out your entire D-line for any formation.

Yeah, that's a little high. I use 80 out/90 in and that seems to get good results.
